MANDATORY Authorization of Flips via MyUPRR.com

Dear Intermodal Customer:

Since October of 2005, Union Pacific customers have been using the Intermodal Accessorial Management (IAM) tool via MyUPRR.com to authorize flips at our Intermodal Facilities. The tool has been a great success with over 99% of chargeable flips being authorized on our website.

Effective December 3, 2007, Union Pacific will require all customers to authorize chargeable flips using the web-based IAM tool. Faxing an authorization to the ramp or paying at the ramp will no longer be options. In addition, we have enhanced IAM by adding credit-card and ACH options to assist our customers that currently do not have credit with Union Pacific.

The Intermodal Accessorial Management application can be found by accessing Union Pacific's home page at www.up.com and selecting MyUPRR, found under Customers. Once selected, you will be prompted to enter a User ID and password to connect to the secured site. Select Intermodal Accessorial Management from the Manage category.

If you're accessing MyUPRR.com for the first time, please register for a User ID at www.up.com (http://c02.my.uprr.com/crr/crrServlet.jas). Registrations take three business days to process, after which you will be contacted via email with a User ID and password. If you already have a User ID, call 402-544-9016 or 402-544-9068 to gain access to Intermodal Accessorial Management and start authorizing storage and flips.
