To All Our Valued Customers:

Interdom Partners will not be acquired by The Hub Group. The closing was expected to occur at the end of June but was subject to certain customary closing conditions and approvals. It was mutually decided the acquisition would not be in either companies best interest.

We wish The Hub Group well and will continue to operate as we've done over the last 20 years. Interdom Partners looks forward to a successful 2007 as an independent company serving our great customer base.
